At Centene, he played a pivotal role in establishing industry-leading telehealth programs and behavioral integration initiatives, laying the groundwork for enterprise-wide rollouts. As CEO and President of Cenpatico Behavioral Health, he oversaw P&L management for budgets exceeding $1 billion and led a behavioral health organization serving over 4 million Medicaid members across 18 states. His efforts not only drove structural successes—reflected in having 9 out of 11 budgets turn profitable—but also fostered innovative clinical models, including groundbreaking programs in ADHD pharmacy services for children and youth.

Before his impactful work at Centene, Dr. Donaldson held critical leadership roles at Magellan Health Services in Pittsburgh, PA.
